Happy Hour Studios is a modular, affordable production space located just off the 5 freeway in Burbank with a dedicated parking lot and ample street parking. With multiple rooms and a flexible layout, it's perfect for building sets or transforming spaces to fit your vision.
Our main space is a versatile 35-foot by 15-foot area designed to handle a range of production needs. It's large enough to build sets, host crew meetings, screenings, or anything else.
A pre-rigged setup with lighting and audio is also available for quick turnarounds for podcasts and other content creation.
From narrative scenes to music videos or branded content, the space offers full light control and a modular layout — perfect for adapting to whatever your shoot demands.
The studio also features several smaller adaptable rooms that can be mixed, matched, and reimagined for your production.
Spaces range from a compact 8x10 ft office or kitchenette to a larger 20x15 ft conference-style room, with several options in between.
Use our existing furniture, bring your own, or combine the two to create the look you need. These rooms have been used as classrooms, therapist offices, retro lobbies, bars, and more. They're also great for table reads, workshops, or as production offices during your shoot.

Whether you’re flying solo or bringing a full team, we’re here to help you make the most of your time on set.
We provide access to cinema-grade gear, including the Red Komodo X, Canon C400, Sony A7R V, and a wide range of Aputure lights and modifiers — available at a discounted rate when bundled with your studio rental. A studio tech is also available to consult, assist with setup, or help run your shoot.
Our mission is to make high-quality production tools and space accessible and affordable, especially for underrepresented creators. Whether you're shooting a short film, podcast, music video, or branded content, we're here to support your story from concept to final cut.
Education
Led by working industry professionals, Happy Hour Studios provides monthly workshops and courses in Filmmaking, Production, and Animation.
Through an industry standard curriculum encompassing every stage of the creative process — development, pre-production, production, and post-production — our instructors strive to empower creatives from all backgrounds to bring their unique perspectives and authentic voices to the forefront.
